All Staffing Warehousing located in Highland Park, New Jersey is looking for an experienced Clerical Assistant.
We are a lumper service and staffing agency and have been in business over 17 years.
We prefer someone Experienced with ADP.
Job requirements:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Maintaining files.
Sorting mail and sending necessary information to corporate office.
Distributing checks in office and ensuring sign offs.
Collecting hours for payroll weekly from customers.
Entering data into ADP and Excel.
Ability to correspond professionally using email.
Maintain office supplies.
Assist with Onboarding in ADP.
Other job duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:30am to 4pm. 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
