Busy auto body shop is looking for a full-time Office Administrator. The position handles the
day-to-day operations of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Set up new customer files.
-Answer high volume telephone.
-Enter estimates & update estimating software with required information.
-Close out files.
-Update office calendar with vehicle drop offs, appraiser visits, etc.
-Follow up on receipt of insurance payments.
-Coordinate rental cars for customers.
-Daily contact with insurance companies, appraisers & customers.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-MUST have at least 2 years of clerical/office experience.
-MUST be dependable, self motivated and have a good work ethic.
-MUST be able to multi-task in a fast paced office.
-MUST have excellent customer service and computer skills.
-MUST have automotive industry experience
