Full-Time Administrative Specialist
Bridgewater, NJ
Looking for a skilled office professional to join a growing multi-disciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consulting firm. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-year of office experience in a support function, posses skills in resourcefulness, and able to collaborate with other members of the administrative team.
Essential Functions
Support office purchasing, mail, deliveries, and other front-office responsibilities.
Welcome visitors and assist with client meetings and related events.
Finalize technical reports and produce other client deliverables.
Assist team members with arrangements for travel, events, training, and certifications.
Provide office-based logistical support for fieldwork and other project requirements.
Work with Operations Manager to coordinate office communications, celebrations, and charitable giving.
Provide general support to local marketing and business development initiatives.
Complete other general office tasks to promote a fun, productive, and safe work environment.
Competencies
One-to-five years of related experience in a professional office setting, marketing experience a plus.
Proficient with MS Office suite of software; aptitude to learn new software and functions.
Strong organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
Client-service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver to meet expectations.
Possess initiative and curiosity to figure things out, while asking for help when needed.
Work well as a team member, with a collaborative communication style.
Position Type
Full-time position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
$20-25 an hour (dependent on experience)
