Warehouse Production Operator
Mincing Spice Company imports spices, seeds, and herbs and cleans and grinds them in our warehouse facility in Dayton, NJ.

Shift: Monday Friday 7:15 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime optional Monday – Thursday until 5:30)
Saturdays optional 6:00AM – 2:00PM
Duties: Warehouse production operators perform activities including receiving/loading/moving bags/boxes, loading 50lb bags into hopper, operating spice cleaning and grinding machines, cleaning the machine between spices, following safety protocols (training provided)
Requirements of the Production Operator:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively
Must be able to recognize numbers and letters to match product to paperwork and proper labeling to complete work orders
Must be able to hear and understand instructions
Trained to operate a forklift a plus
Pre-employment drug test (drug free environment)
Must be able to stand for shift duration, reach, grasp, bend, turn, squat and sit
