SUMMARY
A leading provider of pharmaceutical packaging solutions is seeking a Technical Success Representative to join their Customer Success department. This role is responsible for delivering top-tier support for both hardware and software systems, ensuring customers receive long-term value and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to travel for onsite service and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide front-line technical support via phone, email, and screen-sharing tools.
Conduct onsite and remote installations and training.
Perform service and maintenance on equipment, both in-house and at client sites.
Prepare service quotes, manage loaner equipment, and submit accurate expense reports.
Use CRM tools to document support cases, customer communication, and troubleshooting steps.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and share trends or solutions.
Participate in comprehensive training to gain deep knowledge of products and systems.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Travel to customer facilities for emergency repairs, scheduled service, and installations.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience required.
Basic mechanical and electrical skills; ability to use hand tools.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
Strong communication skills and customer empathy.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of setting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM and remote support tools is a plus.
High school diploma required; Technical or Trade School education preferred.
Ability to meet credentialing requirements for hospital/vendor access.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on repair and assembly work.
