East Brunswick law firm concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, employment law , medical malpractice and worker's compensation seeks a per diem attorney to work approximately 25 to 35 hours a week. Two or more years of experience in personal injury and/or employment law is preferred. The work will involve legal research, preparation and filing of briefs, pleadings, motions, preparing and responding to discovery demands, review of expert reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, attending arbitrations and assisting with trial preparation. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as legal research and writing skills.
