Job Overview: The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and documenting the quality of materials and finished goods, as well as identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Location: Elmwood Park NJ
Responsibilities:
1. Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
2. Testing and Analysis: Perform various tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment to assess the quality, performance, and functionality of products.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection and test results. Compile comprehensive reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Education: High School Diploma/GED.( Experience in a food manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.)
2. Experience working in a food warehouse.
3. Must be detail-oriented and possess basic computer skills.
4. Experience: Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
5. Schedule flexibility
6. Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
