Maintenance/Handyman

Apartment complex located in beautiful section of Middlesex County, NJ is looking for Maintenance/Handyman for full-time position. The ideal candidate should have experience with apartment prep/turn-over and/or construction. Should have experience in demolition, kitchen and bathroom remodel, sheetrock work, spackle, paint, light electric, light plumbing, trim installation and masonary. 40 hours per week are Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Must be able to work overtime on occasion in winter months for snow cleaning. Must have valid driver's license, car and own tools. $22+ per hour depending on experience (negotiable). Three to four years experience required in maintenance/handyman position. One week paid vacation, 5 paid sick days, 6 paid holidays. Health insurance available after 60 days.
