Good Morning! This is a job posting for Pavilion Landscape Management. We are a full service landscape company who are looking for friendly, team orientated individuals in the Marlboro, Morganville, and Edison Areas. We have a great opportunity to employ 3-6 individuals for the winter helping us maintain high end clients. We care about our staff, and clients alike and want to ensure the best possible work environment. Qualified individuals will have the following:
- Experience in the landscape maintenance industry
- Motivated, and able to follow instructions
- Work together for the better of the team
- Maintain a positive and supportive workplace for all to feel important
Additional Skills not required for all but will need at least 2-3 people in:
- Equipment operator experience with Mini Excavators, Mini Loaders, Dingo's, etc.
- Able to drive and backup a Dump Truck / Trailer.
- Ability to Speak English is a plus.
These team members and team leader positions will pay according to experience, and performance. There will be a base salary plus PERFORMANCE BONUSES on if you hit the goals.
