We are seeking an experienced Building Handyman to join our team! If you have a strong background in general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).
Inspect and troubleshoot building issues to ensure safety and functionality.
Respond to service requests and complete tasks efficiently.
Assist with installations, renovations, and general upkeep.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
Knowledge of building systems and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
