We are seeking a skilled, dedicated, and reliable groundsman or tree climber
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Perform tree removal and trimming clean up, chip brush, if you know how to help rope that is a major plus!
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, chipper, chain saw, and mini skid steer.
- Remove debris and maintain cleanliness of grounds
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in working as a grounds crew is a major plus however we are willing to train.
- Knowledge of tree removal and trimming techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating a chain saw and chipper We are willing to train
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
