Looking for a reliable 1099 contractor to assist with residential renovation projects in North Jersey. Currently working in Rahway. Steady work available for the right person.
Typical Tasks Include:
Vinyl and laminate flooring installation
Cabinet and baseboard installation
Drywall installation, taping, and sanding
Interior painting
General labor (cleanup, prep, material handling)
Requirements:
Experience with home renovation or construction
Must have reliable transportation
Must have own basic tools
Able to work independently and follow directions
Hired as a 1099 independent contractor
Pay:
$20 - $25/hr, depending on experience
Paid daily or weekly
Location: North Jersey – currently in Rahway.
