Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a working supervisory role, requiring the supervisor to actively participate in cleaning tasks alongside the crew.
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee and train cleaning crews to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers to address and resolve any complaints or concerns.
- Order and manage supplies as needed.
- Ensure coverage for cleaning staff during absences.
- Clean assigned areas to maintain high standards.
- Use our daily application to track work hours and tasks.
- Create reports to document work progress and issues.
- knowledge of Office Word and Excel.
- Coordinate with our Client Relations Manager to address customer needs.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage daily routines and schedules.
- Travel to various job sites where our company holds contracts.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 1-50 pounds.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish; must be able to write reports and emails in both English and Spanish.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as supervisor.
