DESCRIPTION
Our company is a Residential Services expert with properties throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling system management to work with our experienced Building Superintendent in a luxurious high rise, residential property in New Brunswick, NJ.
This Maintenance Technician will work with our Superintendent and will assist in common area and apartment repairs for minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. The perfect candidate will also assist our experienced team of cleaning professionals responsible for all aspects of the propertys maintenance, including the physical grounds, ensuring curb appeal through interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail is critical to ensure the satisfaction of the communitys residents.
This is a full time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Responsibilities include efficiently completing all daily work orders within 24 hours and communicating any delays in completing a work order with the Superintendent. Knowledge of all applicable building codes and safety standards is a plus, but not required.
Must be professional, courteous and friendly and have verbal communication skills that meet the demands of property management, residents and vendors.
