We're seeking an individual to be responsible for overseeing our primary residence and three Airbnbs, with potential for additional properties in the future.
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from gardening to home maintenance to cleaning to engaging in building unique art projects. If you possess a broad skill set, ranging from proficiency in tasks such as light electrical work to wallpaper hanging and much more, and thrive in a creative environment surrounded by art, then this position is perfect for you.
Daily tasks will vary, requiring a proactive and adaptable approach. We're looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is eager to tackle any challenge and capable of working autonomously.
Workdays are flexible and can range from 2 to 5 full days per week. Pay would start at $25 per hour (as a 1099 contractor) and would grow from there. A vehicle will be provided.
