Job description
Perform day-to-day dispatching of 40+ HVAC Technicians
Assist in laying out schedules in advance (as able) to help project manpower needs
Schedule customer requests promptly and dispatch the appropriate service technician based upon the customer, nature of call, skill level, and response time required
Exercise ability to recognize which technicians are best suited to complete different service tasks
Track technicians throughout the day and relay all job information to technician before dispatching to the site
Answer incoming phone calls to the company
Provide responsive customer service: answer incoming customer calls quickly, professionally, and pleasantly. Coordinate service, repairs, quotes, questions, and field any complaints
Keep customers updated on status of work in progress (when jobs span multiple days)
Occasionally assist with purchasing
