Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to support day-to-day operations by coordinating the scheduling and assignment of resources. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient service by managing communication between departments, tracking schedules, and addressing any operational issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Support dispatch operations by assisting with scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation
Perform data entry tasks related to operations, billing, and reporting
Prepare daily reports and assist in tracking operational metrics
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely service
Help resolve any issues related to scheduling, deliveries, or service execution
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Provide customer support as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (fluent in English required; additional languages a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in data entry and basic reporting tools
Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles is preferred

Shift/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 4:30am-1:00pm (schedule might change depending on business needs)
Starting pay rate/yearly salary: $20.00/hr
