DCR Companies is seeking asphalt operators and laborers to join our construction team. The ideal candidates will have experience performing work with asphalt and operating various pieces of equipment in relation to paving. These include but are not limited to Skid Steers, Paving Box, Milling Machine, Backhoe, Front end Loader, Excavator, bulldozer.
Assist in building and paving roads, parking lots, and other asphalt surfaces. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality such as greasing equipment and checking fluids on equipment as needed. Following safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites. Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects efficiently.
Skills required: Proficiency in skid steer, front end loader, paving box, milling machine, backhoe, Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu machinery - Familiarity with construction site operations and safety procedures - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with other members of the crews.
