About the Role:
This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, warm, and experienced in healthcare or counseling settings. You’ll be a key part of our team, helping ensure smooth daily operations while also assisting with outreach and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
-Verify client insurance benefits and communicate coverage details
-Manage client information using TherapyNotes, SimplePractice, or similar EHR software
-Track and organize leads and referrals using CRM systems like Zoho
-Support community-based marketing efforts (no social media required)
-Handle office management and organization tasks
-Help streamline communication with new and returning clients
Ideal Candidate:
-Proficient in EHR platforms (especially TherapyNotes or SimplePractice)
-Experienced with insurance verification processes
-Familiar with CRM tools like Zoho
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Enjoys working in person in a calm, supportive setting
-Available 10–15 hours per week, with some flexibility
