Yella’s is seeking experienced culinary professionals to join our team as Culinary Training Supervisors. This hybrid role will be based out of either our Hawthorne or Warren, NJ location and plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of Yella’s across new and existing sites.
We’re looking for candidates with a strong background in culinary operations who are excited to share their knowledge and help train the next generation of Yella’s team members. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling for extended periods and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Train staff on Yella’s standard operating procedures, emphasizing quality, cleanliness, cooking techniques, and efficiency.
Provide hands-on culinary expertise and leadership based on prior kitchen experience.
Travel for 2–3 weeks (primarily between mid-August and mid-September) to support staff training at new and existing locations.
Partner with local management to ensure consistent implementation of kitchen standards and operational excellence.
Foster a positive, collaborative work culture focused on teamwork, communication, and top-tier food service.
