Warehouse Supervisor
1+ Year Experience Needed, Start ASAP
Locations:
Middlesex County
We offer the following:
4 days a week (10 hours shift)
Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 6am to 4:30pm
Paid weekly on Friday
Competitive salary: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience plus OT after 40 hours
Responsabilities:
Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change-overs
Start 30 minutes before shift to co-ordinate activities with outgoing Supervisor
Ensure the line is cleared of all product and packaging materials from the previous run
Ensure correct and legible bottle, case and pallet coding at all times
Check at shift start and all product changeovers and train team members to perform ongoing checks throughout the shift
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a warehouse manager or supervisor in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Bilingual is a PLUS
Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
