Manny’s Diner is seeking customer service oriented Bartenders to join our team! Seeking someone with an enthusiastic attitude that will continue to embody the positive culture we strive for throughout the restaurant. We provide our guests with an enjoyable dining experience in a lively atmosphere, 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We are seeking bartenders that are friendly, outgoing, multi task oriented and possess good communication skills. We strive for a guest’s dinner and/or bar experience to be equally enjoyable and you play a major role in that overall experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Following recipe specifications in preparation to mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons of bar and dining room
Basic knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits is required.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to keep the bar stocked to company’s standards
Ring drink orders into computer, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change
Must think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure
Possess a keen sense of timing.
Additional duties:
Physical strength to carry trays of food, plates, glasses and utensils. Maintain cleanliness of entire bar area, floor and other areas in his daily routine. They should have the interpersonal skills to work with the other staff in the establishment. Must possess the ability to adhere to authority and easily follows directions given.
It will always be required to be punctual and appear neat and clean.
