Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Prepare and cook rotisserie-style meals while maintaining high food safety standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and ensure proper storage and waste management.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a fast-food or rotisserie setting.
- Must have a valid Food Handling Certificate (ServSafe or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for creating high-quality, flavorful, and wholesome meals.
