We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front-of-House Team Member to join our new pizzeria. This role is essential to providing a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Warmly greet customers as they enter the pizzeria.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
Process payments using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining area, and condiment station.
Assist with packaging to-go orders.
Address any customer concerns or complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner.
Must have exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, problem-solving abilities and work well within a team.
