We are a small manufacturer of Whiteboards, Chalkboards, and Bulletin Boards and shipping nationwide.

Job Specifications:

1. Enter some website orders into Quickbooks

2. Turn orders into invoices and mark paid on date of charge

3. Manually process payments, for Telephone Credit Card orders, through our online Merchant Services

4. Reconcile Merchant Closeout payments with paid invoices

5. Some Freight Bills, Ground Shipping Labels

Five years business experience required and Quickbooks or accounting program knowledge helpful.
