Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and meeting sales targets. The position offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure, with additional opportunities for renewal commissions.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and industry trends.

Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of different insurance policies.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.

Closing Sales:

Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and secure new business.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster positive and lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.

Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries.

Renewal Strategies:

Implement strategies to maximize policy renewals.

Build rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid insurance license, or working towards one.

Compensation:

This position offers unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure. In addition to commission earnings, renewal commissions provide ongoing income for policies that are renewed by clients.
