JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding ongoing relationships with existing retail clients, evaluating and analyzing their business, enabling the candidate to make recommendations for business processes, identify additional sales opportunities and improve overall customer satisfaction.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage with retailers at multiple levels to gain an understanding of retailers’ objectives driving their business

- Evaluate and analyze retail businesses and sales operations

- Make recommendations to retailers utilizing our software technology in order to increase margins and potential future sales

- Demonstrate how clients can utilize software solutions to create more efficiency in their stores

- Cultivate strong relationships with retail clients to drive additional sales of our software solutions

- Maintain relationships with existing clients to improve overall customer satisfaction

- Develop strategic plans with existing clients to identify opportunities with our software solutions and ensure plans are aligned with sales and services

- Document progress of client activity

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience with technology

- Experience with professional or solution based selling, preferred

- 4-year degree from accredited University

- Willingness to travel (about 10%)

- Eagerness to learn and grow with a stable, successful company
