CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a large manufacturing business looking to add an Accounts Receivable Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional who can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$55k - $65k Annually
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Accounts Receivable Analyst applicants must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is looking for previous experience and preferably a background in manufacturing, but is willing to train the right candidate in the industry. A candidate who is highly analytical and well-versed in Excel is a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST:
Researching and resolving accounts receivable with customers and vendors.
Assisting with investigative accounts receivable, looking for errors, and auditing.
Updating and reconciling invoices.
Assisting with accounts receivable.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Accounts receivable experience.
Billing and collections experience.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree and relevant experience is required.
