These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.The Coordinator supports the Environmental Compliance team in various markets by providing Compliance support and ensuring all scopes of work are approved for Civil release. Database management, Customer interface and coordinating team communications are key to ensure project goals are accomplished within the time frame and forecasted schedules.

Maintain all Compliance documents, database management, track project activities and team communications.

Can manage high-volume requests and understanding of priorities.

Must be able to prioritize projects amongst each Market.

Manage electronic project files.

Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning.

Maintain project trackers and client tracking database as required.

Attend weekly deployment meetings as required.

Know project status at all times.

Interface with Management to ensure projects are being delivered within schedule.

Follow up with Customer regarding approvals and reporting status to Management.

Salary offer is geographic dependent. The salary range for this position is between $50-70k.Here’s what you’ll need :

2 years of project coordinator experience required (with 1 years’ experience as a Telecom Project Coordinator in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred.)

HS graduate or equivalent required (specialized training or education may be substituted for part of the experience)

Detail oriented, able to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines required

Ability to travel occasionally as required

Specific wireless telecom project coordination experience preferred

Expert in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Excel preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills preferred

Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files preferred
