Job Title: Facilities Maintenance ManagerJob DescriptionManage the Critical Utility Systems at the Cherry Hill site using the tools and concept of reliability-based maintenance to meet the needs of production and to ensure full compliance with FDA Guidance and site SOP's. Responsibilities include the administration, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing operation of critical utility systems (Plant Steam, Clean Steam, Chillers, Oil Free Air, WFI, Hot Water, HVAC, Building Management Systems), inclusive of a Preventive Maintenance Program that includes all facility and process-related equipment and services at the Cherry Hill Site. This position is also responsible for the daily activities associated with the site Energy Program and Environmental Monitoring Program (BMS/EMAS).Key responsibilities include managing the site's Facilities Maintenance Program to ensure full compliance with policies and guidelines, providing necessary support to production and facility personnel to address compliance issues, and maintaining equipment at a level required to provide high reliability and maximize useful life. The role also involves working proactively with engineering to identify multiyear equipment replacement needs, developing and implementing changes to the PM Program, preparing department budgets, and maintaining costs within budgeted expenses. Additionally, the manager will identify and manage the need for capital investment in equipment replacement, direct and coordinate the activities of personnel, and ensure the department maintains an adequate workforce to support present and future needs. The role also includes managing the daily activities associated with the Energy Program, HEPA Recertification Program, and BMS/EMAS Systems. Weekend work may be required.Hard Skills
