If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for data integrity and accuracy, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunityAs a Data Integrity Representative, you will:Maintain accurate records of all data entry activitiesIdentifies and resolves data discrepancies and errorsPrint and mail out claims to insurance companiesWrite out small insurance envelope and send through the stamp machineScan documents to Kohezion and return the description as htmlCollaborates with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entryPerforms other duties as assigned You will be successful if you have:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in data entry or related field preferredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize workloadAbility to work independently and as part of a team Physical requirements:Talking: Frequently conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, clearly, or quickly.Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.Repetitive motion: Frequent and regular use of the wrists, hands, and fingers to make small movements such as typing or picking up small objects. Normal fine and gross motor control of fingers and hands.Seeing: Visual acuteness necessary for the proper evaluation of or to prepare, inspect documents or other materials. Ability to accurately view computer monitors.Physical: Frequent sitting, standing and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 45 lbs. Occasional kneeling, stooping, and bending at the waist.
