Description South Jersey firm is seeking a Bookkeeper. As the Bookkeeper, you will process accounts payable and accounts receivable, handle bank reconciliation, payroll processing and post journal entries.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and lost statements and balance sheet
Month-end and year-end write-up and closings
Assist with budget preparations
Pay invoices and maintain ledgers
Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Experience with accounts payable invoicing, ledger accounts and reconciliation
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
2+ years of accounting experience
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
