The Shift Lead will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Shift Lead will act as a liaison between site manager, Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Time Management Skills
Must have experience with CCTV monitoring
Must have experience with report writing
Great customer service skills

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
