Assists with communication across Fixed Operations team and Subaru of America (SOA) Field, including meetings and events. Helps create executive presentations through information gathering and document development. Compiles regular data reporting. Provides ongoing administrative support for Fixed Operations Vice President and Directors, as needed. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

In support of department goals, helps develop and distribute Fixed Operations-related field and retailer communications to include Carlisle surveys, Quick Resource Guide, Subarunet postings, field programs, incentives, ongoing department updates, internal personnel and project announcements, organization charts, and Fixed Operations Who’s Who documentation. Maintains department active employee email distribution list.

With input from Vice President and department Directors and Managers, develops and coordinates assembly of department presentations including Regional Vice President (RVP) meetings, National Retail Advisory Board (NRAB) meetings, Subaru of America (SOA)-related projects and meetings, quarterly Fixed Operations Financial Performance Review, and other presentations as assigned.

Supports the Marketing team in planning the bi-annual Aftersales Business Conference (ABC).

Provides the Vice President - Fixed Operations and department Directors and Managers with administrative support as needed to include providing all computer-related support (re: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint and other systems as required such as Oracle financials, etc.), answering phones, relaying messages, making meeting and travel planning and arrangements, ordering supplies, and distributing mail.

Manages or implements special projects as required to support the changing business needs of the company. Produces custom reports for management as requested.

Coordinates Management Associate and New Hire Orientations with Fixed Operations Department.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including advanced degree of proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Ability to develop original and professional presentations in multiple medias with minimal direction or supervision.

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task as needed within department or multiple departments; flexible approach to assignments as shifting priorities occur.

Excellent and professional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization.

Working knowledge of current information technologies.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of critical confidential financial, personnel, strategic operations, and policy information.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 2-4 years' experienceWORK ENVIRONMENT:

Required Travel: 5%

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $46300 - $66100 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. (Internal Job Grade: A2 Non-Exempt) In addition to competitive salary, Subaru offers an amazing benefits package that includes:
