Your RoleTeya is launching a new sales channel and you'll be responsible for building this up, making this an exciting, strategic position where you can take a long-term leadership role while being close to the day to day operations.
Your MissionLaying the foundations: You will design and build the foundations of the new channel, including the necessary systems and processes.Commission system management: You will develop and continuously manage the appropriate commission system.Sales agents' personas and territories: You will define the appropriate sales agent profiles and operational locations.Recruiting and training: You will identify prospective sales agents, train them and ensure they are ready to hit target numbers.Team management: Coordinate the work of 8 to 10 agents at a time, motivating and supporting their development.Long-term opportunities: You will have the opportunity to build a new sales channel and lead the department.
