The Denzel Group has been chosen to work with a strong growing company to recruit on their open Salesforce Development Manager position. This is a permanent position that is 100% remote, offers a competitive compensation package, and excellent benefits. In this role you will lead a small team and be responsible for the architecture, development, and testing of the Salesforce environment.
Responsibilities:- Design system architecture & implement Salesforce initiatives and projects
- Apply the best practices to improve the quality and develop automations using process builders, flows or triggers
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and supervising a team of Salesforce Developers
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer
- Demonstrated understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of Salesforce applications
- Experience in Salesforce release & environment management
