Possess in-depth functional knowledge of the Insurance (INS) domain, working in an Agile delivery model.
Prepare comprehensive test plans and strategies and present them to customers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Lead a team of system engineers, coordinating and preparing testing plans for Functional, End-to-End (E2E), and Regression testing phases.
Hands-on experience in automation testing using frameworks such as BDD, Karate, or Hybrid with Java and Selenium. Drive automation strategies and execution plans.
Collaborate with the business team to prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and ensure seamless coordination.
Participate in Release Go/No-Go meetings to provide QA status updates and recommendations.
Drive daily and weekly cadence calls with customers and internal teams, maintaining transparency and alignment on QA progress.
Effectively work within the offshore-onshore delivery model to manage testing activities across geographies.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Lead customer calls such as scrum ceremonies and triage meetings, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Exhibit an open mindset to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, and automation.
Strong expertise in the Insurance domain and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience with automation frameworks such as BDD, Karate, or Hybrid using Java/Selenium.
Demonstrated leadership in planning and executing Functional, E2E, and Regression testing.
Familiarity with UAT planning and coordination with business teams.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and cross-team collaboration.
Experience with offshore-onshore working models.
Thorough knowledge of the SDLC process and ability to resolve issues in collaboration with development teams.
