Job Description:

Perform code review, complies with project budget + schedule

Select, evaluate + implement design components used in projects

Evaluate existing conditions - formulates response to challenges

Responsible for significant aspects of larger project, responsible for work on smaller projects

Responsible for daily design and technical development of project

Responsible to supervise/produce Construction Documents through CAD and BIM

Coordination and QA/QC of consultants’ work

Construction Administration for select projects

Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and material selection

Maintain project files (multiple projects at the same time)

Documentation + Communication of specific project tasks (to client + team)

Comply with internal project budgets (team hours)

Design/implement project scope of work, comply with schedule

Qualifications

Technical experience in all phases of design, documentation, detailing and construction

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture

License preferred

Full proficiency in Revit
