Description As a Data Analyst, this role is pivotal in the construction, analysis, and interpretation of intricate datasets to yield valuable insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams is integral to comprehending business requirements, spotting trends, and formulating actionable recommendations across various pre-sale and post-sale applications. Gather and scrutinize extensive datasets from diverse origins to discern patterns, trends, and correlations. Establish and uphold data models, dashboards, and reports for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), while contributing to the development of data governance protocols. Engage with teams throughout the organization to grasp their data requisites and extend analytical support. Identify avenues for enhancing processes and streamlining operations through data analysis. Utilize statistical methodologies and data visualization tools to convey insights effectively to stakeholders. Undertake ad hoc data analysis and research to address specific business inquiries or hurdles. Collaborate directly with other IT members on projects related to data and/or applications. Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis.Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering insights and solutions from data and establishing data governesses· Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation, and experience with SQL Server management studio· Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts· A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment· 2+ years of working experience in a fast-paced, data driven manufacturing/distributor organization· Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Phyton, and R· Ability to communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectivelyTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
