job detailsjob summary:Our enterprise global client has a long term opportunity for an IT Asset Management Analyst to support a team in the office.Candidate will have 2 to 5 years of IT hardware asset management and solid Service Now experience (Required).Responsible for defining and conducting physical inventory and asset management for all assets in corporate and remote locations. Responsible for managing the new End User onboarding and exit process including reporting and follow up for asset retrieval.location: Bridgewater, New Jerseyjob type: Contractsalary: $25 - 33 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Associatesresponsibilities:JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for reviewing or defining metrics associated with the Asset Management service, and ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.Effectively communicate with the customer and potentially senior leadership as needed.Participate and potentially drive, small to medium scale projects as they relate to the Asset Management strategy or service.Ensure sufficient stock / inventory is maintained, including managed assets and peripherals.QUALIFICATIONS:1 TO 5 years in an Asset Management coordination roleExcellent communication skillsProfessionalism, proactive, attention to detail, exceptional customer services support skills.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to multi taskGoal and solution orientedMotivated to learn and resourcefulAbility to react quickly to changing environmentsRESPONSIBILITIES:Receiving new assets to stockroomMonitoring inventory levels of assets and asset accessories keeping on-hand stock levels at the standard countDeploying laptops, phones, and tablets to users documenting each step through ServiceNowCommunicating with branch offices about assets in their custody and providing proper information to return assets to corporate HQ.Properly and accurately maintain ServiceNow records to display a proper system of records for all corporate assets, including proper naming conventions, accurate location tracking, and hardware statusUpdating and executing the proper documentation for the Asset Management processesAsset recovery from separated employeesManage Work From Home equipmentShipping equipment to employees and tracking deliveriesTracking/Assigning equipment in ServiceNowWeekly hardware audits comparing the on-hand inventory to prior week, reconciling the differences to ensure proper asset handlingAsset DisposalChain of Custody trackingIn a timely manner, deploying VIP and Executive hardware assets to the Executive support teamSkills required:Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform requiredCommunication skills, as we work hand in hand with the Regional Support/Desktop Help team and end usersHighly organized, Attention to detail, Ability to delegate and multi-taskqualifications:
