Description A preeminent legal department in the Healthcare industry has an open opportunity for an experienced and motivated Contract Administrator who is looking to expand their legal career. This Contract Administrator position is suitable for self-starters who possess a true passion for the legal industry. This position is hybrid in Irvine, CA. Your responsibilities
Handle both internal and external requests for status of contracts
Compromise with clients on terms of agreements
Examine contracts to ensure completeness
Promote and track the approval and execution process
Produce a wide range of contractual provisions and administering contract proposals
Manage the entire life cycle of company contracts (from first request to final signature and contract distribution)
Requirements
Eagerness to take initiative and learn quickly
Expertise in implementation
Proficiency in SAP
Comprehensive knowledge of contracts
Exceptional organizational skills to track and monitor contracts for future obligations, expiration dates and other contractual deadlines
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
