Duration: 12+ Months Contract Description:Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot MAC/PC problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action. Complete application project-based work. 2-7 years of experience Must be proficient with current MAC OSMust be proficient with current Windows OSMust be familiar with Active Directory (AD)Must be familiar with RSA/Secure IDMust be familiar with how VPN functionsMust be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6Must be familiar with Outlook/ExchangeMust be familiar with G SuiteMust be familiar with Mobile Device supportMust be professional and courteous,Must have exceptional customer service skillsMust be a self starterMust work well in a team environment System Admin experience is preferred.Remedy experience preferredAt Your Service preferredSCCM experience preferred
