Property Manager

As the Property Manager at our Brand-New Developing Blenheim Village, you will work full time on a 40-hour week from Monday -Friday. You will be responsible for a small team who look after the ongoing compliance and maintenance of all property, grounds and other Village assets.Typical duties include:Day to day site management including repairs and maintenanceCoordination of refurbishments, contractors and ongoing projectsProperty and asset planningWorking with our residents to listen to their concerns and feedback and ensuring we are creating great environments with the highest of standards
