Logistics Coordinator

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in the manufacturing industry. The role is based in Berlin, New Jersey, and will be onsite at our small office. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be intimately involved in various aspects of our operations, including customer service, maintaining business systems, and managing logistics.Responsibilities: Oversee the processing of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage and maintain customer credit records. Handle customer inquiries and resolve them in a timely and effective manner. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Utilize ERP solutions for efficient resource planning and management. Operate CRM to manage customer relationships and data. Use software tools like Microsoft Office and Excel effectively for operational tasks. Apply logistics skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Manage communication within and outside the team to facilitate operational processes.
