Description:Our client a county municipality based in north-western New Jersey is looking for a seasoned resource to act as an Operations Administrator, to support the organizations Information Technology group. You will report to the Director of IT, having a wide-ranging set of responsibilities. These will include providing administrative support, inventory management and act as a superuser for internal corporate applications.Please note - this will initially be a contract position, converting to a direct-hire role after approximately 4 months.Core responsibilities include: Handling the organizations invoicing (i.e. phone bills) and purchase orders Have oversight of the IT departments inventory management Review and administer user application authorization(s).Other key skills: Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews Will assist in the recruitment of direct-hire and contract personnel for the technology team Facilitate meetings Coordinate with external vendors Manage documentation Establish, maintain and enforce standards and proceduresSoft skills / attributes: Well-spoken, professional and personable, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Have a get things done type of personality Multi-tasker, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time Strong organizational skills Team playerFor an immediate response, please call or send your resume to: Thank you!TRIGYN TECHNOLOGIES, INC. is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and has been in business for 30 years.
