Join our team and lead with bold ideas, supporting and transforming our business across areas like marketing, finance and more.In this role, you’ll serve as an advisor to our sales force as well as current and potential customers in relation to the resolution of technical, scientific or engineering issues that affect sales, installation and the utilization of organization products and/or services.Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, configuration and implementation support for customer network infrastructures.
- May propose changes in products and or services that result in cost reductions and increased sales during the service delivery process.
- May prepare documents for other functional teams.
- Adhere to all customer service level agreements; possible off hour support and/or weekends.
- Requires 3-5 years’ experience
- Requires intermediate level technical network knowledge
- Multitasking skills – the ability to work with variety of internal organizations/external vendors to resolve problems or respond to special customer requests
- Expertise in Riverbend WAN Acceleration technology
- Expertise required on Cisco WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDWAN technology
- Experience & expertise with Engineering Service Delivery configuration and MACD implementation of routers, switches, SDWAN, Wireless LAN Controllers, & Access Points
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Math or Science or related experience
