Kindly have a look at the below JD and reach us with your updated resume.The job description is as follows: Sr Embedded C Developer at Bedminster NJ (Hybrid)Preferred Skills: Strong on C, Embedded, QUALCOMM/MediaTek.The Job in short- 10+ years of device/application development experience handset manufacturers, wireless network operators, network equipment vendors, and/or chipset vendors in device/application development capacity is highly desirable
- 5+ years of solid and proven software development skills and coding practices in embedded C/C
- 5+ years in 3G/LTE/5G NR or other Wireless protocol stack development.
- Development of parser based on LTE protocol (ML1, LL1, RRC, RLC, MAC, PDCP, IP)
- LTE Job responsibilities include system level feature coding, developing/executing unit test strategies and test plans, field log analysis, troubleshooting/analyzing problems,
- optimizing system performance, improving the stability of the product, optimizing power consumption and supporting customers with product commercialization
- Candidates can expect to be responsible for coding and verifying physical layer and network protocol requirements for modem
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in 3GPP 5G NR/LTE/3G feature design and development mainly of PDCP, RLC and MAC protocol stacks but also knowledge of L1/PHY is beneficial
- Good embedded debugging skills and familiarity with protocol trace & analysis tools
- Experience with network test equipment, such as Ixia, Spirent, Fluke Networks, Spectrum Analyzers, Site Survey Planning tools, and Traffic Generators
- Skilled in developing automation utilizing SCPI, LabView, TCL, PERL, and Python programming languages
- Strong knowledge of the general mobile landscape, existing and emerging technologies and architectures
- Excellent knowledge of 3GPP standards (GSM, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, 5G NR), 3GPP2 (1xRTT / EVDO) and/or OMA
