Project Manager

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support an enterprise internal design team. Ideally candidates will work in the NJ/NY area and be working with team members in the US and globally. The goal of the role is to enable and measure the headcount and reporting within the CX Design group. This candidate will work directly with a Program Manager over design enablement processes, as well as an onboarding specialist who oversees new hire orientation materials and onboarding. On a day to day, this role be managing reports and developing processes around headcount and budget for the individual design teams, providing planning support for special projects, and establishing communications around measurement for target team growth goals. There will be some project coordination role necessary to be successful in the role, as well as creating forecasting for capacity planning for future design initiatives.
