Verizon seeks a Mgr-Business Transformation in Basking Ridge, NJ to design and develop tools that enhance clients workflows and metrics. Facilitate ideation and training workshops. Assist with the documentation of companys end-to-end processes in an effort to eliminate waste reduction and revenue growth opportunities. Work on Design Thinking, Product Management or Business Process Management. Create multi-year waste and cost reduction strategies. Promote the use of internal best practices, such as lean six sigma, design thinking and Agile. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses. Prepare engagement proposals to present for approval to senior clients. Develop frameworks and approaches to achieve project deliverables. Work on Project Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, and Data Processing. Develop advisor relationships with internal clients. Identify obstacles and roadblocks and develop approaches to overcome them. Build a fact base leveraging internal and external data. Lead transformational initiatives with cross-functional teams from multiple business units. Work on Statement of Work (SOW) Creation, Dashboard creation, and Facilitation Training.Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field, and 6 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, and Data Processing; Design Thinking, Product Management or Business Process Management; and Statement of Work (SOW) Creation, Dashboard creation, and Facilitation Training.
