Schedule inspections and dispatch field technicians to project sites for service based on location, skill level of the technician’s project requirements.
Receive inspection requests from clients and contractors via email and telephone
Maintain records of dispatch and employee qualifications
May handle coordination of services with outside vendors
Communicate changes and updates to field staff and client throughout the day
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years customer service experience desired
Technical Requirements:
Dispatch experience desired
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail and Google Sheets
Other Miscellaneous Qualities:
Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player
Pleasant phone demeanor
Stable work history
Organizational Skills a must
Must possess the ability to prioritize and change focus quickly
